Golden Oyster Mushrooms Pasta (Gelber Seitling) – Yum!!!

Wash & drain mushrooms (don’t let them sit in water). Chop & sauteé Shallots in Olive oil over medium-low heat until translucent. Add quartered Tomatoes and cook for 3 mins. Incorporate halved Golden Yellow Mushrooms, Garlic, & Spices/Herbs and sauteè until fragrant.
