Shop Your Kitchen = Saving Money

In the last two weeks, the garden has really taken off and I was pretty excited to do a pictorial update.  So I got up and did a little maintenance work (I only work in the garden on Sundays);  transplanted a few flowers and herbs, prepped the earth for the sweet potato bed, and watered the main highbed, the newly-sown grass, and the various potted plants.  Just as I was clearing away my tools, the sky got really dark and opened up (it happened so quickly, I had to stop and take the computer inside).  So there went the pictorial.

Nonetheless, I do have something pretty cool to share with you.  While flipping through a few videos, I came upon this gem about limiting food wastage.  It’s a 5-part video on the topic, but this one is remarkably useful for anyone.  Normally, when one is about to try a new recipe, we go shopping; however, this video shows you how to shop your kitchen and that saves money!

Take a peep, try it out – I know I will.

About A Bahamian In Austria

I am a Bahamian woman, married to an Austrian man, who's been freshly transplanted to Vienna. I started writing this blog when a dear friend insisted that I had to write down my experiences. At best it'll update my buddies on my crazy-going-ons and at least, it'll keep me from stalking them online (LOL). I hope you enjoy :D
